Keto PB cups- Melt any kind of peanut butter with 1/4- 1/2 cup Garden of Life Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – Unrefined Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Hair, Skin and Cooking, 14 Ounce, 1 stevia in saucepan. Spray muffin tins with coconut oil and pour PB mix into each cup. Freeze for 5-7 minutes. In same saucepan, add some coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips- 1×9 OZ. Take frozen PB mixture out and pour melted chocolate over. Freeze again for about 10 minutes
Roasted Cauliflower with turmeric, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, and garlic. In large bowl, cut a head of cauliflower and put in bowl, pour 1/4 cup olive oil over the cauliflower and some minced garlic or 3 garlic cloves. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, pink salt, 1 tsp onion and garlic powder, 1 tbsp cilantro. Take the cauliflower and spread on cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Pour the spices over the cauliflower and bake at 450 for about 25 minutes.
Sugar Free egg free cookie dough- In medium bowl, add 8 oz full fat cream cheese room temp, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup tahini (but I don’t even know what that is so used 1/4 cup of PBfit All-Natural Organic Peanut Butter Powder, 30 Ounce, Peanut Butter Powder from Real Roasted Pressed Peanuts, Good Source of Protein, Organic Ingredients), 1/2 cup Kerry gold Irish butter softened. Mix with electric mixer and add in some heavy whipping cream and 2 tbsp stevia/Swerve Sweetner Granular. After a dough like mixture, scoop into mason jar and add sugar free dark chocolate chips!
Comfy Cozy Chili- In crockpot, add 2 cans red kidney beans/beans of your choice, 1 packet McCormick slow cooker chili mix, frozen or fresh diced onions and peppers, dash of chili powder, dash of Taco Bell Fire Sauce 7.5oz Bottles (pack of 3), 2 lbs grass fed ground beef, 1 small can of tomato paste, 1/2 jar of salsa, 1 can chili beans, 1 can fire roasted tomatoes. Cook on low for about 6 hours
No-Bake Lemon Coconut Balls (Keto-Approved)- 1/4 cup full fat cream cheese, 2 tsp plain greek yogurt (I used Green Mountain full fat), 2 tsp lemon juice, lemon zest from a 1/2 large lemon, 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour, 2 tsp stevia/truvia/Swerve Sweetner Granular, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, some pink salt in bowl- Mix with hands and make into balls. Freeze for 5-7 minutes. In small bowl add 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 tsp stevia. Take frozen balls and dip into the coconut. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
Cook Orechiette pasta or pasta of choice. In skillet, cook ground pork sausage, add 1/2 small box of Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth: 2 Pack of Grass Fed Collagen and Gelatin Rich Broths, Paleo and Keto Diet Friendly, diced peppers, onions, and baby tomatoes. Add the cooked pasta and vodka sauce. Add garlic powder and basil leaves. My kids love this!
Keto chocolate/any flavor mousse- In mixing bowl add 8 oz heavy whipping cream and any flavor sugar free pudding. My faves are banana cream, chocolate/fudge, and cheesecake. Mix with electric mixer on low to medium speed. You can top with sprinkles and refrigerate!
Taco Salad- Full fat plain greek yogurt, red onion, hot salsa, seasoned ground beef, charred bell peppers, shredded Mexican cheese, green olives, avocado, spinach and kale
Ok, so my work sisters and I just discovered the Green Giant Burrito Bowls and we made them into salad- microwave the cauliflower crumble from the burrito bowl and put the amazing sauce it comes with on it. Add in some Mexican cheese. Top it over leafy green shreds or chopped romaine lettuce with fresh salsa, black olives, taco sauce, avocado mash/guacamole cups/avocado, and top with greek yogurt!
Pumpkin pie in a bowl- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tbsp Garden of Life Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – Unrefined Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Hair, Skin and Cooking, 14 Ounce melted, tbsp stevia or Swerve Sweetner Granular, 1 egg or egg white, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pinch pink salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda- microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes OR bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Veggie Skillet- In skillet, mix together all the veggies- I love using purple cabbage, even those easy green giant cabbage bags are great to use, broccoli, mushrooms, edamame, shredded/carrots, and anything else- Sometimes I will add chicken. Cook and pour olive/avocado oil!
Easy cauliflower fried rice- I love the green giant cauliflower medley or you can use plain riced cauliflower and add in frozen peas and carrots, add in diced chicken/shrimp, a real egg to scramble right in with everything else, some ginger, garlic and onion powder. Mix in liquid aminos while it’s cooking.

Brown rice, grilled chicken, frozen broccoli in a skillet, pour in Bibigo Korean Bbq Sauce, Original, 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 6)
Spaghetti squash cut in half and baked at 350 for 40 minutes. Cook ground turkey or beef, add tomato basil sauce and spices of your choice. Scoop out cooked spaghetti squash and mix. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for a few minutes
Bacon cheddar egg cups- In a bowl, beat 5 real eggs and egg whites. Pour into muffin tins greased with coconut oil. Chop turkey bacon and cheddar and pour into each cup. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
Arugula sprouted salad (sort of a summer meal but so delicious)- arugula, sprouts/broccoli sprouts, canned chicken salad with avocado oil mayo and celery salt or mrs. dash, baby tomatoes, mini cucumbers, avocado or guacamole, and avocado ranch dressing.
Chili Lime Shrimp- cook shrimp in oven with olive oil and Trader Joe’s chipotle lime spice, steam broccoli, and in separate bowl- add 1 cup greek yogurt, guacamole lime juice, and cilantro to make dip for the shrimp!
Keto-ish chocolate chip cookies- 1/2 scoop 1st Phorm Chocolate Level 1, 3/4 c and 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar truvia, 1 stevia packet, 1/4 tsp baking soda, few squirts honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp egg whites, mix and add dark chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
Low Carb Pumpkin Cookies- 1/2 cup melted Kerry gold Irish butter or coconut oil, 1st Phorm CTC Phormula 1, pinch of brown sugar truvia, 1/4 cup stevia, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1 egg, 2 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp pumpkin spice latte protein from 1st Phorm, some pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp baking powder. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!
Brown Rice Ramen with all the veggies- Cook the rice ramen as noted, add in every vegetable and a protein. Top with Bragg Liquid Aminos, 32 oz
2 ingredient keto chips- pour TINY egg whites into muffin tins- thin layer. Add in shredded cheese and pink salt. Bake at 350 for 10ish minutes!
